Insurance Coverage:

At Boujee DR Rentals & Tours, your safety matters to us. We provide comprehensive insurance coverage for your Polaris Slingshot Rental to ensure your protection in the unlikely event of an accident. Our partnership with a leading insurance provider guarantees complete coverage for our renters during their ride. The state statutory limits of this coverage are as follows:

  • Bodily Injury: $30,000 per person / $60,000 per accident
  • Property Damage: $25,000

We offer additional options to limit your personal responsibility, providing added peace of mind during your adventure.

Security Deposits:

To streamline the rental process, we have specific deposit requirements:

  • Check-in Deposit: A $500 deposit is required at check-in. During this process, a $500 authorization hold will be placed on your card. Once released, the authorized amount will return to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • Non-refundable Confirmation Fee: Secure your desired Slingshot for your chosen date and time with a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit is applied towards your rental cost, and the remaining balance is due at check-in.

Insurance Requirements:

At Boujee DR Rentals & Tours, we prioritize your safety and security. To ensure a smooth rental experience, please take note of our insurance requirements:

  • Mandatory Insurance: Customers are required to purchase state-mandated minimum liability insurance from our provider at a rate of $15.00 per day. This insurance is obligatory and must be acquired before taking possession of the Slingshot.
  • Medical Insurance: Medical insurance is not provided and remains the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damages & Repairs: In the event of any damages to our Slingshot, the repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
  • Insurance Coverage Details: All coverage and waivers adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental contract. They do not extend to property damage, personal liability, or damages resulting from negligence, illegal use, or operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you’re unwell, on medication, or feeling ill, operating our Slingshots is prohibited.
  • Responsibility for Operation: Customers are entirely responsible for the operation of their rental Slingshot.

Late fees are applicable for return drop-offs as follows:

  • 30 Minutes Late: $100 fee
  • 1 Hour Late: Full-day rate will be charged

Please note, morning/afternoon pick-up times cannot be extended beyond the agreed-upon time.

  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled ride time to avoid charges.
  • Weather Precautions: Dress appropriately and stay vigilant by monitoring the weather for a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Day-of Cancellations: Day-of cancellations incur a 15% loss of the refund amount.

  • Late Return Fee: If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed-upon time, the renter will incur an additional charge of $45.00 per hour for each hour the vehicle is returned late.
  • Grace Period: A 30-minute grace period is provided before the late fee is implemented.
