What to Bring

    • Bring layers, especially during November-February. Be prepared for changing weather conditions.

  2. Closed-Toed Shoes:

    • Dress comfortably with closed-toed shoes for a safe and enjoyable ride.

  3. Sunglasses:

    • Protect your eyes from the wind with sunglasses.

  4. Motorcycle Helmets:

    • Full-faced DOT-approved helmets are provided for all riders. Helmets are mandatory.

  5. Small Backpack:

    • Utilize the three storage units in the machine by bringing a small backpack for your essentials.

  6. Car Charger:

    • Keep your devices charged throughout your adventure with a car charger.

  7. Pre-Plan a Route:

    • Make the most of your ride by pre-planning a scenic route. We provide suggestions to enhance your experience.

  8. $500 Security Hold on Card:

    • Be prepared for a $500 security hold on your card for the duration of the rental.

  9. Valid Driver’s License:

    • A valid driver’s license is a requirement for all riders

  10. All Passengers Present at Check-In:

    • Every passenger must be present during check-in.

  11. Strict Policies:

    • Please adhere to our policies – NO OFF-ROADING, and absolutely NO DOUGHNUTS OR DRAG RACING TOLERATED. Safety first! 🛣️🏍️🌞

Can I cancel reservations?

Cancellation Policy:

We understand plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled ride time to avoid charges.
  • Weather Precautions: In case of eminent weather, we will cancel your reservations and reschedule for next available slot or we will issue a full refund.
  • Day-of Cancellations: Day-of cancellations incur a 15% loss of the refund amount.
What to Expect

Before embarking on your adventure, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Security Hold:

    • A security hold will be placed, which can be held for up to 7 days. It can also be divided into two cards if both individuals are present.

  2. Waiver Signing:

    • All riders/drivers MUST BE PRESENT to sign waivers.

  3. Safety Video:

    • Watch a mandatory safety video to fully understand safety protocols.

  4. Pre-Rental Inspection:

    • Prior pictures of your machine will be taken. Document any pre-existing damages, if present, and personally inspect the machine to avoid confusion upon return. Riders are responsible for any damages.

  5. Safety Gear Selection:

    • Choose your safety gear. Helmets are mandatory for all motor vehicles rentals.

  6. Final Overview and Q&A:

    • We’ll go through the machine again, addressing any questions. Instructions on using Ride Command will be provided, reviewing all laws and rules once more.
Can I add an additional driver to my reservation?

Yes, you can add an additional driver for only $10 per person.

Is fuel included? ​

No, fuel is not included. You will be responsible for returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel that was provided to you. Our vehicles take 93 octane premium fuel.

How Long can I rent for?

Our minimum amount of time to rent a Polaris Slingshot in Punta Cana is 2-Hours and we currently have a maximum amount of time of 8 hours unless you request to rent for a 24 hour period for a extra fee. The longer you rent the better your price value will be.

Do I need a motorcycle License?

No, In the country of the Dominican Republic a motorcycle license is NOT required to rent or drive a Polaris Slingshot but you do need a valid standard driver’s license or international license.
